Foam types
Three ways
to pack it.
Start with pluck foam for the shop shelf. Go CNC when the kit is locked. You can re-cut later. The shell stays the same.
Pluck
Fast and flexible
Pre-scored cubes you pull out by hand. Good for one-offs, mixed kits and gear that changes every show.
CNC Single
One layer, exact shape
One insert machined to your gear, with finger pulls beside every piece. Lights, lens sets, camera packages.
CNC Stack
Multi-layer
A lift-out top deck for small parts over a deep bottom layer. RF kits, video village, accessory-heavy packages.

Send the gear list
Make and model for each piece, plus anything that rides along: brackets, cables, batteries, caps.

Approve the proof
We send a top-down layout with every pocket and pull marked. Ask for changes until it works the way your crew packs.
03
We cut and fit
Foam is cut on our CNC table and test-fit in the shell, layer by layer.

Ships show-ready
Labeled to your spec and boxed for shipping. Reorders cut from the same saved file.
