Twin-wall corrugated polypropylene, the same fluted plastic sheet used for reusable industrial packaging. Rims are banded and riveted, lids telescope down over the body, and hand holds are cut into the long sides.

They’re much lighter and cost less, which makes them a good fit for gear that travels by truck, van or freight and gets handled by crew. For gear that needs a hard, impact-rated shell for air freight or rough handling, a flight case is still the right call.

Yes. Most of the lineup shares the 24 × 16 in footprint so mixed stacks stay square on a dolly. The Dock Runner is our larger 30 × 20 in trunk for cable and staging.

That’s the point. Pack once and use the same case show after show. Foam can be re-cut when your kit changes without replacing the shell.

Pluck is pre-scored foam you pull out by hand. CNC Single is one insert machined to your gear. CNC Stack is two or more layers, usually a lift-out top deck for small parts over a deep bottom layer.

The make and model of every piece going in the case, plus anything that rides along like brackets, cables and batteries. If it’s custom or modified gear, we can work from photos and measurements or a trace.

Always. We send a proof showing every pocket and finger pull. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

Box Black is standard. Our color program includes Signal Red, Royal Blue, Volt, Arctic White, Safety Orange, Forest and Steel Grey. Sheet colors vary by supplier, so we send physical color chips for approval before a run.

Yes. Logos are screen printed or pad printed directly onto the case, or applied as a die-cut vinyl decal. One-color white or black is standard depending on the case color.

Standard black cases with pluck foam can be ordered one at a time. Custom colors, printing and large CNC runs have minimums and lead times that we confirm on your quote.

In our own small production shop in the USA. Shells are built and foam is cut in-house.
